Camp Information

Jackie Joyner-Kersee instructs a camper on hurdle technique
Our clinicians offer a hands on approach to teaching our campers. Not only will you learn proper form and technique,  you will also receive personal feedback as the Olympians take you through workouts that they have prepared. Our goal is for you to leave camp with a better knowledge and understanding of your event, and how to properly train for it. We also believe that you will leave inspired to be the best you can be.

Camp will conclude with the track and field portion of the Bluegrass State Games which will be held at Centre College on Saturday, June 14th, 2014.  This will give campers a chance to compete, and put to use the new knowledge they have attained. Through our partnership with the BGSG, our campers will receive a BGSG t-shirt, and get to compete for medals in up to 4 events of their choice. We can't think of a better way to cap off 3 1/2 days of track and field fun!
